Getting Started

Rentals Wanted
If you are looking to rent then browse the province that you need, if you dont see a listing you like then you can place a ad for a rental wanted in that province.
Rentals Offered
Please place your ad in the correct province, if you are near province boundries than you may place 1 ad in each surrounding province to cover your rental base with the exception of Manila, your property offered or wanted must be within Manila to use Manila catagory.

Placing Ads

From main page click Post New Ad at top right of page.

Next a drop down list will appear at top center of page, select the correct catagory or province for your ad.

Next you will be presented a form to fill out, please take the time to fill it out correctly.
Please note the password, this is used to edit or delete your ad and is deleted when your ad expires or is deleted.

If everything is ok your ad will be placed instantly.

Contacting/Being Contacted

The ads at Rent Philippines use a form for members to contact each other the ad placer provides a email address when placing a ad and the ad displays the link to the contact form not the placers email.
Some people place there phone number in there ad, I do not recomend it but its not against the rules but do so at your own risk.
The contact form is just a form, Be wary of the information sent to you including email address, do not respond to fishy emails or people pretending to be from this site. We have enough information from you to run the site we wont ask for information by email.

Site Rules

Do not post more than one ad for the same rental in the same province.
Place your non rental ads in the correct section or they will be moved or deleted.
Philippine based ads only.
Please use english for your ad titles.
No foul language or adult images.
Do not spam other members.
